OpenProject covers both classic and agile project management in one package — Gantt charts and boards sit alongside wikis and time tracking, so teams don't have to pick a single methodology and stick with it. Being open-source, it gives organizations the option to fully self-host, which matters most to teams with data sovereignty concerns or ones simply trying to avoid ongoing subscription costs.
